1. General Information
This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed when using the Sendica Pickup Points Application.
Roles:
- Administrator (Data Controller): The Shopify merchant who installs the app.
- Processor: Sendica OOD, a company registered in Bulgaria with VAT number BG205807569, located at Koloman Street 1, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Processor operates in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
2. What Data We Collect
We may process:
- Customer name, address, and phone number
- Pickup point selection and codes
- Merchant store name and Shopify domain
- Order identifiers (where needed)
We do not collect or store payment data.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data only to:
- Operate the Application
- Enable pickup and delivery functionalities
- Provide technical support
- Ensure operational functionality
4. Data Minimization & Retention
We collect only the data necessary for the above purposes and delete it:
- Within 30 days after uninstallation
- Upon request by the Administrator
5. Subprocessors
We may use GDPR-compliant subprocessors for hosting or support. These entities are bound by the same data protection obligations.
6. User Rights & Responsibilities
You (as the Administrator) are responsible for lawful collection of customer data. Users whose data is processed have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete their data
- Withdraw consent
- File a complaint with a supervisory authority
Removing data may limit use of the Application.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell or monetize any personal data.
Shared Responsibility
We act solely as a processor. The merchant is responsible for their customers' privacy compliance.
7. Security
We apply reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Access is limited only to necessary personnel and subprocessors.8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Any changes will be posted at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
